Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Italian Style meatballs x 18, brown rice with mixed vegetables, butter and hot sauce. 

Snack 2

Trail Mix 1/2 Cup. 

Outing

Drive to Halifax Shopping Centre RBC with Donna. 

Snack

Sardines in lemon juice and cracked pepper 100g. 

Brunch

Breaded chicken burgers with mayo and hot sauce on hamburger buns x 2, green tea. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, powder milk, protein powder, plain yogurt. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with wheat bran, cinnamon, banana, frozen strawberries, milk, toast and butter x 2, tea. 

Tea Time!

Walk to Dollarama Duke Street after making dental appointment at North End Community Health Centre also dropped by Blue Cross before walking back home along waterfront. Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B
