Nature Mix 1/2 Cup Plus. 

Lunch

Breaded Sole fillets with mayo on Whole wheat hamburger buns x 2.

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, protein powder, almond milk, powder milk. 

Laundry Day!

Laundry Day from 8:30am to 11:00am 3 loads of laundry. May 6/23

Coffee with milk and sweetener.
