Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Leftover ground beef, mixed vegetables, spices and seasoning, tomato sauce, pasta, etc. 

Snack

Roasted and Salted Cashews 100g. 

Lunch

Can lunch meat sandwich with butter and mustard, Potato Chips 2 Cups, Aquafina Vitamin Water B&B. 

Outing

Walk downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then back home along waterfront. 4.21km

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, 1% milk, protein powder. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour, leg extensions front and side kick. 

Breakfast

Omelet with 3 eggs, pepper, milk, hot sauce, toast and butter x 2, coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Ground beef with mixed vegetables, beef broth, tomato sauce, pasta, spices and seasoning. (2 meals) 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana x 2, 1% milk, protein powder. 

Brunch

Smoked Chicken breast and Swiss cheese sandwich with butter and mustard, Potato chips 2 cups.

Walk to Shoppers Almon Street and RBC then mailbox at Sunrise Manor to mail request to AFBS.
