Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Brunch

Omelette 3 eggs, pepper, garlic salt, toast and butter x 2. 

Workout

Push ups, crunches, leg lifts, knee bends, calf raises, stretching 1 hour.

Leftover California style vegetables, butter, eggs x 3 scrambled, pepper, garlic salt, toast x 2.

Cleaning Day!

7:30am - 3:30pm 8 hours too much humidity for floors to dry even with windows open and fan.

Doctor visit by phone then walk to TD Bank Duke Street, Lawton's, Dollarama. Walk along waterfront.

2 loads of laundry. 8:30am - 10am.

Walk to Quinpool road Superstore and Canadian Tire after paying rent.
