Tea Time!

Chamomile tea 

Supper

Ground pork with mixed vegetables, spices and seasoning, tomato sauce, pasta. 

Workout

1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking. 

Lunch

Fried eggs x 2 with pam cooking spray, hot sauce, cheese, butter on toasted English muffins x 2

Outing

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with milk and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, chia seeds, milk, tea with milk and sweetener. 

Supper

Fried eggs x 2 with pam cooking spray, hot sauce, butter, salt and pepper on English muffins x 2 with chamomile tea. 

Cleaning Day!

Cleaning Day from 9:30am to 6:00pm November 8th. 

Protein Shake

Protein Shake with banana, frozen blueberries, powder milk, protein powder, chia seeds, cinnamon, coffee. 

Lunch

Tuna with vegetables and mayo toasted sandwiches x 2 

Snack

Roasted and Salted Cashews 100g. 

Tea Time!

Green tea while cleaning with a start time of 9:30am.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, chia seeds, milk, banana, toast and butter x 2, tea with milk and sweetener.

Weight training with dumbbells multiple exercises and multiple sets and reps 40 minutes.

Brother's Meat Market Sub Sandwich, Diet Cranberry Juice, Baked Red Lentil Snacks Harvest Snaps Crunchy Loops Sour Cream and Onion. 

Outing

Walk to Dollarama Young Street then Brother's Meat Market for Sub sandwich.

Coffee with milk and sweetener.

Oatmeal with cinnamon, protein powder, banana, milk, toasted bagel with butter, tea with milk and sweetener.

Walk to Laundromat to wash 2 loads of laundry.

Walk to Sobeys Windsor Street.

Worked second day on season 2 of The Trades. Took taxi to Dartmouth and bus back home worked 3:30pm to 9:30pm also ate at work.
