Protein Shake with banana, frozen berries and cherries, chocolate protein powder 2 tbsp, plain yogurt, powder milk. Chicken burgers with mayo and mustard on hamburger buns x 2.

Snacks!

Chocolate peanut butter protein bar 68g. Gatorade Zero 710ml. 

Outing

Bus trip Downtown to Dollarama Duke Street then bus trip to Walmart Halifax Shopping Centre. 

Lunch

Leftover ground chicken with frozen peas, butternut squash, pasta, tomato soup, etc. Creatine with water 1 tbsp. 

Workout

One hour of Stretching exercises with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups with calf raises, deep squats and one leg knee bends. 

Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. Creatine with water 1 tbsp.
