Breakfast 2

Coffee with coffee whitener and sweetener. 

Breakfast

Oatmeal packages x 4 with banana, chocolate protein powder, cinnamon, chia seeds. Toast and peanut butter x 2. Creatine with water. Tea with milk and sweetener. 

Tea Time!

Chamomile tea with sweetener. Banana x 1

Supper

Ground beef with spices and seasoning, mixed vegetables, beef broth, hot sauce, tomato soup, chick peas, pasta from sidekicks. 

Snack!

Popcorn x 1 bag. 

Lunch

Hamburger patties x 2 cooked with olive oil on wholewheat bread x 4 with mayo, mustard and cheese.
