1 Hour of Stretching with crunches and leg lifts plus planking and push ups. November 25 started using Creatine 1 table spoon with about 400ml of cold water with a noticeable difference in how I felt the first day. Energy level and overall mood and muscle strength was definitely up to a noticeable level.
The first container of creatine lasted until February 25/25.
